Shoot Coordinator

Job Description

Be Present on set and work alongside the Photographer and Stylist on daily model shoots to select, edit, crop, code, and upload imagery for product pages.
Strong attention to detail for you to present the product in the best way possible.
Be responsible for selecting final images and maintaining QC across all shots.
Establish a high level of communication between all members of the team on set to ensure alignment on output and benchmarking of images.
Decide on the look and feel for the product/ brand you are shooting and that this fits with overall brand direction and vision.
Ensure product prioritization of shooting on set and that all required products are shot.
Be aligned and knowledgeable of all studio shoot guides including brand guidelines and hair & make up guides to ensure image quality and consistency.
Oversee the prepping process of Shoot Assistants and Stylists morning and afternoon and ensure the shoot will flow in the most efficient way possible
Achieve daily shoot targets set by the Image and Photography Manager and be able to adapt and at times work under pressure to achieve these.
Establish and maintain close relations with all other Studio Team members and provide feedback to Senior Management on studio related issues
Prepare end of day summaries and contact sheet to share with the team.
